White gold, diamond engagment ring-HM Samuel !

This is a H-Samuel white gold, diamond engagment ring, purchased at 300. It was only worn for 1 month. I unfortunately no longer have the receipt. It is a size L. The inside of the ring is inscribed with 18kt, which I believe is the gold carret. I think it also says s-13, which i assume is something to do with the diamond clarity.
